Cleaning up customer management

Being CEO of your freelance business means managing your customer. 

You’ve probably seen the stats about how an existing customer is worth a lot more than new ones...and they’re right.  

It takes a TON of effort to sign someone new...but somebody who already trusts you? They’re an opportunity not just for the work you’re doing now, but to work with them on new projects, upselling them on your services to create more value for them. 

So as a CMO, it’s important to treat your customers well...better than new prospects.
