Being CEO of your freelance business means owning strategy. 

Once you have your purpose, there are always decisions and tweaks to make around your niche, legal structure, growth, and how to respond to challenges and uncertainty.

It can sound like a lot of responsibility, but it’s really what makes freelancing so amazing. 

We’re living through so much change and disruption right now, and honestly, I don’t know what I’d do if I weren’t able to pivot, adjust, and slow down when I’ve needed to. 

So don’t be scared to step out into your strategy-building skills as a CEO. It takes trial and error...but most importantly, it takes getting started.
