I ask this, because the answer is your key to long-term freelance success.

While freelancing means you no longer have that cut-and-dry employer-employee relationship, that doesn’t mean you’re off the relationship-building hook. Nope. Not at all. Matter of fact, building relationships with your freelance clients can actually require more effort on your part.

That’s ok though, since it’s something you’ll learn and develop as you go…and that’s also why this week’s freelance tip is…

Prioritize your clients’ happiness.  

I know what you’re thinking…that’s just one additional concern on your already-full freelance plate. Thing is though, if you get this one right, all the others--money, marketing, stress management--will start to fall into place.
