If you didn’t know it, I’m a healthcare tech writer.
A lot of my work comes directly from my (really specific) professional experience, but some of my best paid gigs have nothing to do with what I did while employed.
A bunch of that work is general healthcare tech, but as the industry’s shifting, I’m getting to talk about issues like gender, race, and international challenges.
Those are topics I’d probably never recommend as niches on their own (since BlackFreelance is about balancing income and peace) but they are topics that can intersect with a lot of other broad concepts like healthcare, tech, education, finance, and even general freelancing.
Think women and technology, international microfinance, race and healthcare, or tech and education.
If you have a passion and it’s not looking sustainable on its own, think about how it can intersect with another niche like the higher-paying ones we discussed last week. If you need any help figuring that out for yourself, just shoot me an email.

RealtyJuggler.com: What problem do they solve and who do they solve it for? What product/service do they offer that solves it?
Answer: Real estate agents! They help agents organize prospects and save them time and frustration. Their CRM (customer relationship management) software is how that happens.
