The short answer is no. They can actually work against you.
My 4th grade teacher had a saying that haunts me to this day: “Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.” As a kid I thought it meant you had to get everything right from the beginning, but I was really missing the point.
What it means is how you practice matters, or in terms of habits, how your habits are set up matters.
So for example, if you’re marketing habits are on point, but you’ve settled down long term in a niche with no earning potential, you’re not going to see good income growth.
That’s why the BF Strategy Workbook is a living document. You build it out over time, but you should also come back regularly to rethink and refine.
