Recently over on the boards, I got a message about a pretty tricky pricing engagement.
It was a job with a lot of moving parts, which of course, means figuring out bundling and packages and all that stuff.
The short answer, was to start with simple, individualized prices.
There’s nothing worse than trying to figure out a complicated pricing situation when you don’t know where you’re starting. That’s why I’m so big on encouraging people to price their freelance services as early as possible.
