You’re thinking too hard about your niche.
It’s ok. Everybody does. That’s employment’s fault. We think every decision is a commitment...every move risks it all.
As a freelancer that’s not true. That’s the point of freelancing.
The niche you start with won’t likely be where you’re sitting a couple years from now. That’s because you’ll refine, learn lessons, and discover niches and niche dimensions that fit your life and career goals.
So yeah...start where you have employment history, or where you see a lot of action on Upwork, or where you see other freelancers finding solid pay for their efforts. You can always adjust from there.
