Hey!
Looking at freelancing from the outside, it can look like a ridiculous amount of work, with all the client management, marketing, and rate adjusting.
But think about employment…
You’re supposed to be managing your manager and your coworkers, always looking for a better job, and constantly renegotiating your skills and salary?
Yes, freelancing by definition means you take responsibility for a business, but what’s the real difference if you have to do the same work just to navigate employment?
Next time you start thinking that freelancing is hard, look at the employment advice people throw around. It’s a lot of work for that little bit of predictability (at best).
