Ok, I don’t mean always, or even directly. But your competitors can be a strong clue to finding out what works without investing a ton in market research.
Are they getting a lot of response to video on LinkedIn? Have you noticed them investing in case studies over the last few years? (If they’re sticking with something, it might be working for them). Do you see them taking out ads in certain publications?
You might not want to do the exact same thing, but you should definitely ask yourself what you can learn.
