Since the pandemic started, my niche (healthcare) has taken a huge hit. So I’ve been keeping an ear out to see how hospital administrators have been responding.
This is because the shift has been big, and basically, everything I’d been focused on content-wise before the pandemic…it got put on the shelf. Keeping in line with them and their needs meant listening every chance I could.
This has meant webinars, paying attention to their websites and content they publish, and even just checking
out their social channels.
That’s the thing about your prospects. There’s most likely online, somewhere, talking about their needs and challenges.
If you find yourself stumped when it comes to understanding the content your people are
looking for, take a step back and try to meet them where they are.
