Sometimes I’ll watch the news in my clients’ spaces and bump it against what their competitors are doing for ideas.
That’s because it’s a good way to identify gaps that my clients can fill to get an edge and differentiate themselves.
It works in any field and can for you as a freelancer too.
So if you’ve got a list of ideas you’d like to explore, bump it against competitor content to pick out the untouched areas. Test those out and see what kind of results you get.
