If you’ve got any questions, just shoot a response to this email or stop by the boards. Let’s go!
# 1 Hit up your current clients
When business gets slow the first rule is to always start with your low-hanging fruit...and the lowest is often with the people already doing business with you.
Maybe there’s a future project they’ve hinted at or some initiative you’ve seen their competitors stepping out on. The benefit here is that you don’t have to do any on-boarding and might even be able to get some cash flowing in advance.
This is why I keep a newsletter going (through a VA, because I’m terrible about doing it on my own), but it’s totally fine to just shoot over some emails or set up a call to see if they don’t have some
opportunities to pick business up.
Let me know if you'd find some tips on getting the conversation going helpful.
