Is your sleep sleeping like it should be?
Sleep problems are a global issue and worse the more modernized a society is.
I’ve talked about how I pay for a concierge doctor...every visit, one of the first things they ask about is sleep. It’s why I started paying closer attention to my sleep quality (and getting myself in bed by 9:30 each night).
So let’s take an honest look at your sleep.
If you’re having issues, it might reflect problems or stressors from your freelance work. Or it might be something as simple as your work schedule conflicting with your body’s natural rhythms.
