#2 Do you have a CRM?
I used to look at this as a “nice to have”, but as freelancers in a world as complex as the one we’re functioning in? It’s really a necessity.
A CRM will mean you carry less in your brain. It will lighten your sales load while illuminating paths to deals and relationships you simply can’t see on your own.
I’ve used Streak for years, and have recently added on LinkedIn Sales Navigator as an investment in my business (and it’s beyond worth it). But if you can find one you like better, go for it. What matters is that it works for you.
