#3 Have you set calendar
time?
Alright, so this might be the most important step in taking actual action on your sales plan.
Right now, I have 30 minutes to
an hour marked off every workday. Different days are for different tasks dedicated to keeping my funnel flowing. This includes looking for new accounts, adding new contacts, following up on promising deals, and looking for other contacts in an organization.
