#4 Do you know your goals?
So, this is a rough one that I can’t honestly say I’ve set myself.
I know salespeople who are so confident in their methods, they simply know they’ll close a set number of deals per month.
I’ll admit, I am not there yet with my sales skills...but I’m making progress.
Right
now, my goals are simply to hit my minimums, but this year, I know I need to set some more tangible targets.
