Every month we run through a series of questions to help you run your freelance business like a bigger business—“self-coaching” your way to better results and a better life. You can view a condensed version of this month’s coaching prompts here.
Happy New Year!
We’re rolling into 2024 with some basics for CEO month...resetting the way you address your niche’s needs for a new year.
Even if you’ve been in the same niche for years, things change, especially in today’s world. So it’s a good idea to refresh and reassess occasionally...and the beginning of the year is the perfect time.
So this month, we’re going to cover four self-coaching questions to ask and answer to get you off to a strong start.
#2 What have I learned from client conversations?
If you’ve taken notes on recent talks you’ve had with clients, now is a great time to review them.
And even if you haven’t, think back on any frustrations they might have shared. What are they struggling with? Have they mentioned any plans or concerns in 2024? Have you heard anything from freelancers or professionals in your niche?
Write down anything you can remember and take some time to think about what that means for your business in the coming year.
