We’re rolling into 2024 with some basics for CEO month...resetting the way you address your niche’s needs for a new year.
Even if you’ve been in the same niche for years, things change, especially in today’s world. So it’s a good idea to refresh and reassess occasionally...and the beginning of the year is the perfect time.
So this month, we’re going to cover four self-coaching questions to ask and answer to get you off to a strong start.
At a basic level, everything you offer should align with the challenges your market deals with.
So for example, I’ve been working to premier a new service in 2024. It’s designed to help my clients with distribution...something I’ve known they struggle with for quite a while.
But you don’t even really have to offer anything new. Simply knowing where each of your services aligns with your client needs is enough.
