So if you haven’t heard about the Corporate Transparency Act and what it means for freelancers...well...now you have. 

You can read up on what it is and what it’s intended to do here, but just know that if you have an LLC or S-corp that was established 2023 or ealier, you’re supposed to send the IRS updated info by EoY.  

Here’s a rundown specifically for freelancers. The info here is useful and what I’ll be using if I do it myself, but know that any accountant can also pick up the responsibility for you (because it will need to stay updated.)
