Hey!
Recently I’ve been reminded of an issue a LOT of my clients have, and something I even need to clean up myself.
Too often, we put ourselves at the center of our content stories instead of making our audience
the hero.
So this month, we’re going to cover ways to decenter ourselves in our marketing and make our prospects and customers the center of the story.
I see this a LOT with freelancers.
Our websites sing our praises and talk about ourselves—instead of explaining how we get great results for our clients.
Thankfully it’s usually an easy fix. Focus your content on yourself on an “about” page, and dedicate everything else to value, client successes, and your market’s needs.
