#2 Do I have time for sales and marketing?
Last month, (CMO month) we talked CRM tools, and now’s the time to make it real.
Set aside time at least monthly (weekly is even better) to dedicate to sales and marketing efforts.
Personally, I just hopped back into Sales Navigator for the first time in years and have 30 min at the beginning of each day marked off to work through my list.
