Most freelancers should think less.
Your marketing processes—from advertising, to onboarding, to prospecting—should be documented and repeatable. You shouldn’t be breaking your brain every time a new lead shows up or your pipeline is running low.
The answer to this is standard operating procedures…SOPs…documents you use to create consistency in your work and relieve mental load.
