I’ve seen AI used in some pretty smart ways in
content marketing…including facilitating machine-to-machine communication and filling in gaps where we have labor shortages.
But for all the benefits, there are good reasons to be slow to jump on the generative AI bandwagon, and it’s just about impact on the environment.

Consider the value-add of human relationships
There’s a couple of human designers I work with, and I’m in no rush to save a couple of dollars with AI graphic design. Why?
It’s
because I have ideas, but they have experience and perspective. They can give me feedback on concepts and insight into what I’m doing that I’d never get from a machine…and that doesn’t even touch on networking opportunities.
So think about the entire experience you have with a vendor before choosing AI over a person.
