Set aside time
You know how a lot of couples schedule “date night”? Well, you’re going to do the same thing with your channel partners.
I have a reminder set once a month to pop in with something valuable for my channel partners. It’s takes less than a few minutes but is critical in staying top of mind with the people who’ve driven some of my most interesting and profitable business.
Don’t overthink this one. Set aside just 15 minutes, once a month, and see what happens.
