Hey!

So as we’re rolling into marketing month, I’m switching things up a bit. 

You’ll get one question each week and I’m going to ask you to come by the Discord with an answer…so we can share knowledge and help each other. (It can be one sentence or a paragraph…whatever you feel you need.) 

The point is to get out into the information, do some reflection, and answer some tough questions about what’s going on in our niches during changing times. 

Quick reminder. If you’re having trouble quantifying your niche, the US’s supersector list can be useful. It’s not comprehensive of every field in the world and other countries could have lists that better suit your needs, but it’s a good starting point for most freelancers. Find your sector and use that for research.  

#2 What tech is getting the most attention and why?

Tech is a major mover in most spaces, and for most of us, the answer will be AI (though there are other things going on!)

Answering this question can help inform service offerings and where you stand in your work. Personally, I’ve written an article about AI with a few tips on how to use it in content creation—mainly just to signal that I’m thinking about these things.
