Make a decision
This is probably the most important step.
When I first started freelancing, I would rely on being excited about a prospect or remembering a conversation. Don’t make that mistake.
Things happen and your attention shifts. Sometimes you don’t understand the importance of a contact or a prospect until years later. You need a place where you’re documenting all the efforts you make.
HubSpot is great for that, especially since a healthy pipeline requires more leads than most people can hold in their heads.
