Use the Tasks feature
HubSpot tasks might be my favorite feature.
Any time I have a prospect I connect with, I add a task to follow up. It might be the next day or it might be six months later, but I do it.
This is especially useful for the prospects you talk to who say, “not right now…maybe in Q2 of next year.” Most of us aren’t going to remember that off the top of our heads. We just get too busy with other things.
This little habit of just adding a task after every call or email is wildly useful in keeping your pipeline flowing.
