Company lists are extremely useful in building up a list of contacts in HubSpot (you can grab free access here).

When you focus on companies in your niche, you can simply pull a few titles and reach out to whoever’s in that position. The nice thing is, knowing what a company is up to means you can make your outreach really personal and super relevant to their needs. 

So, this month, I’m shooting over a few of my favorite ways to build targeted company lists. 

Ask AI

I’m a DeepSeek girl, but you can use basically any AI tool to throw together a quick list. I just used the prompt below and got a legit list of companies to start with. 

Build me a list of enterprise healthcare tech companies in the US that sell to hospitals
