#3 Am I keeping my pipeline moving?
If there’s anything that’s likely to slip through the cracks as a freelancer, it’s our marketing. This one is pretty simple to keep rolling though.
Have a set task in your calendar at least weekly. Use tools that will remind you of tasks (this is why I recommend HubSpot) and that will let you set goals.
Marketing can be a slow process, so while you won’t feel any issues if you let it slide for a little while, you will if you let it go too long…and that’s when we fall into panics and scrambles. Getting in front of your pipeline is one of the best ways to be the best employer you’ve ever had.
