Company lists are extremely useful in building up a list of contacts in HubSpot (you can grab free access here).
When you focus on companies in your niche, you can simply pull a few titles and reach out to whoever’s in that position. The nice thing is, knowing what a company is up to means you can make your outreach really personal and super relevant to their needs.
So, this month, I’m shooting over a few of my favorite ways to build targeted company
lists.
Check out competitors
Got a prospect that’s gone dead? Hit up their competitors.
I’m serious. If you know they’re playing in similar waters, you’ve
already got information on their work, goals, and market. Just make sure there’s no chance of working with your original prospect in the future. That can get awkward.
