SOPs are the key to growth         

I know I’ve said it before, but it needs repeating. 

SOPs are incredibly useful as you grow in your business. They don’t just make it easier to delegate. You’ll learn a lot about how you communicate (check out this video on telling someone how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as you develop your approach to SOPs.)

Just the exercise of having to take an objective look at how you work is massively helpful in your growth as a freelancer and becoming the best employer you’ve ever had.
