Freelance businesses live and die by lead nurturing. Prospects don’t convert themselves and sometimes we have to do some work to move the relationship along.
That’s why I love HubSpot, specifically task reminders. Setting up nudges to check in a few days, weeks, or even months later has kept me on top of deals that I would have let die on the vine in any other situation.
