If there’s anything that’s easy to neglect as a freelancer, its your pipeline…so I’m going over 4 basics that help me keep from letting things go for too long.
Fill and refill
Prospecting is critical to your pipeline.. Without it, you don’t get more than a trickle in your business.
It doesn’t have to be a forever commitment—I personally went HARD last year and built up such an extensive company list in Sales Navigator, I’ll be working through it for years.
And when it starts to get stale, I’ll refresh. That’s the lesson.
Set aside a period where you’re really digging into company lists and filling that funnel (on Sales Navigator, HubSpot, wherever) and introducing yourself to people. Take a break when you need to, but do it on a somewhat regular basis.
And remember… Company lists are extremely useful in building up a list of contacts in HubSpot (you can grab free access here).
