If there’s anything that’s easy to neglect as a freelancer, its your pipeline…so I’m going over 4 basics that help me keep from letting things go for too long.
Use templates and SOPs
Make marketing and
sales as easy as possible. It shouldn’t be stressful or drain your brain.
Remember how we covered SOPs a few months back for COO month? This is where they’re deeply valuable.
Write down processes and follow them when necessary. Use templates for introductions and sales emails (which
you later personalize.)
Make your life easier wherever you can.
