CRM is better than none, but despite having no affiliations, I always recommend HubSpot since it has a free version, tons of integrations and courses, and that it’s a skill you can resell as a freelancer.
Automate where you can
So this is another bonus for HubSpot.
There are so many integrations built in that automating is really easy. For example, I’m in Gmail so every email that comes through is automatically tracked. That’s a massive amount of work taken off my plate.
But that’s just the beginning. There are tons of other applications and AI just opens the world to a million
other possibilities. So don’t miss an opportunity to make things easy for yourself when and where you can.
