Hey!
So this week, we’re going to look for holes where things could be running better.
I’m usually a fan of letting people work with what makes them comfortable, but there’s something to be said for improvement.
You don’t need to overhaul everything just because some “better” tool hits the market. But you do need to be aware of areas of your business that might be dragging you down or where you could improve things just by trying something new.
So really quickly, we’re going to walk through some issues and the tools that solve them…
- You’re stressed trying to keep everything straight: Project management
- Your days are stretching too long or you feel like you’re working hard but not getting enough done: Productivity
- Your cashflows aren’t moving right: Invoicing tool
- It’s taking you forever to get contracts created and executed: Contract Management
- You don’t know how much you’re selling each month: CRM
- You don’t know what kind of prospects you have floating out there: CRM
Think about anything there that sounds even slightly familiar, and ask yourself how well your solution (even if it’s just a piece of paper or your head) is addressing the problem. If it’s not working, it might be time for an upgrade.
