They talk about scalability and agility, but the part that jumped out at me was the section under “Expertise”. This line especially...
“Fifty-nine percent of brands expect expert-level insights from their content creators, while half of B2C marketers require their content creators to have first-hand experience.”
This applies to us too. It doesn’t mean we have to create crazy detailed content (I sure don’t)...but it does mean that we need to position ourselves as experts who provide value. That just means being specific in what we create and tying it directly to the problems our clients have.
