Hey!
This week, let’s talk big jumps in your sales goals. Some people find them inspiring. Others intimidating. I think they can be useful…if you position them right.
Here’s what I mean.
Raising your monthly sales goals by 50% can be a great idea if you’ve discovered a new service that your clients are interested in and willing to pay quite a bit for. (I did this with case studies when I realized they were an industry standard and I could charge $1K per page.)
But if that big jump isn’t founded on a solid reason…it can be disappointing, or worse — it can lead you back down the default of overwork to make more by doing more (ask me about my first $17K month).
Big goals are fine, but without substance behind them, you’re probably playing yourself.
If you’re looking to make a big jump but don’t know where or how you can add some meat to it, come by the boards and talk it out!
