Last week I said we were covering something that was a big problem for me personally but let me tell you…after doing more work to find a VA? THIS might actually be a bigger problem for me…and maybe for you.
You have too many systems
So I talked to two great VA candidates yesterday and both asked me what project management system I used. When I realized I was listing 3 pieces of software, plus a spreadsheet and text document…let’s just say that reaffirmed the fact that I need some help.
I’m not even going to pretend like there’s one perfect efficiency-enhancing tool out there…but if you’re racking up software subscriptions like streaming services (is that just me?) it might be time to rethink things.
Personally, I’ve done quite a bit with integrations (native and through Zapier), but if I’m being honest, I probably need to consolidate a couple AND rethink how I use them.
