Since it’s marketing month and we’re covering customer marketing, I wanted to talk about something easy that’s been serving me really well lately.

 

This is probably one of the simplest but most powerful principles of customer marketing…get in front of them.

 

• Ask what they need for next quarter before it rolls around.

• Talk to them about the best way to submit invoices to get payments processed.

• Ask if they’ll need additional support on a project from a freelancer that you might already know.

 

Little steps like these establish you as an asset…and a valuable one at that.
