How often are you asking your customers what they need? I know it sounds really basic, but that simple question can go a LONG way.
Maybe it leads to direct answers that tie perfectly to your services. Maybe it just starts a conversation that allows you to dig and figure out how you can best help them out.
The thing is, the process never starts if you don’t ask…so shoot an email over or tack a question on to your next call. You never know what you’ll learn.
