I’ve been doing a course on information architecture and one of the first lessons had advice that I’m going to be using for all my clients.
Wherever you can…in your blogs, social, even your “About” section, talk like the people who do the buying.
Sure, it’s nice to call yourself “a leading enterprise human capital company”, but if your clients use terms that reference “people”, that’s where you should lean.
Look for areas where you can make the shift, or better yet, listen first.
