This month we’re talking out what to do when you’re not feeling productive, and this week we’re keeping it short and simple.
If you’re not feeling productive, you might need to change it up with movement. You don’t have to go out and run a mile (unless that’s your thing)…anything to put yourself in a different state can be helpful. Here are a few of my favorites.
I have a few of these set up with a reminder…keeping them as part of my routine has helped a lot in preventing productivity slumps and giving myself breaks before I need to. Give it a try and let me know how it works!
