Last week we talked content…this week we’re checking to see if we’re connecting content with sales conversations.
I know for me personally, it’s harder to pull the benefits I cover in my content into my sales conversations…but I’ve gotten better at it a few ways.
- Including content links in email conversations
- Having specific content that I can send on follow-up emails to address concerns
- Talking examples and results in real-time conversations
This infographic is an example since I can discuss types of content and how I’ve used them to solve client issues.
Ultimately, it’s about making sure that your entire process, from content to sales to customer management, is about one cohesive story.
