Beginner
Sign up for invoicing, project management, or proposal solutions that make
your client experiences more visually appealing and simple. This can even include electronic signature and file-sharing services. (If you need some suggestions, just let me know)
Intermediate
Send holiday gifts of any size. Also set up a reminder for mid-year to send thank you cards or other small tokens when things aren’t as busy.
Advanced
Start a “client expectations” list that you can give to your clients at the beginning of each project.
Take the time to figure out what you really need from a client for your work to be its most effective.
