We’re going to try something just a bit different this month…instead of our usual monthly goal, we’re all going to focus on the same one, and that’s working on our value statements.

They’re always a work in progress, but I’ve always found that talking them out does a LOT to help you build an effective one, and even get more confident in getting out there with it.
