Communicating with your clients is all about purpose. I don’t
care if you’re a photographer or an accountant, business writing always points back to a specific purpose.
If you aren’t used to communicating that way, it can be challenging, but with practice, you can learn to make your readers move.
Practice starting every email, blog, and newsletter you write with one purpose…just one action you want the reader to take. Write it down before you do anything else. Make sure every word moves them
toward that purpose. Do that long enough and eventually it’ll become a habit.
