Your Marketing Tip of the Week
Give each of your
prospects a folder.
I don't care whether it's on your hard drive, the cloud, or even the old school manilla kind (I admit I still use those sometimes!) but it can take months to years to get a client to finally come around. Folders not only make it easy to pick up where you left off, they also make a really nice, really visual prospect list to use when you need it.

Upwork: Upwork’s trying to get interesting this week…real estate WordPress theme
buildout (I’m tellin’ y’all, this is a niche with potential), part time admin assistant/project management, and architecture work.
Indeed: Indeed’s still off the writing rhythm with freelance graphic design, collections, and data entry up right now.
Guru: Guru’s closing out August with charcoal sketches, an MS systems file share permissions project, and, of course…logo design.
Freelance Writing Jobs:
Lots of copywriting (reminder this skill can pay $1 per word and up, so it’s
worth building a portfolio.)
