Make contact easy.

A big thanks to Brittany for turning me on to Drift! (It’s a WordPress plugin that allows visitors to your website to send you quick messages.) The whole point of Drift is to give visitors absolutely no reason to move on without starting a conversation with you.

That’s what matters. The harder you make it for people to talk to you (a phone number that’s hard to find, a buried email address, forms that don’t work properly) the more business you miss out on. Make contacting you as easy as possible on every platform.

Even if you don’t see something interesting in this email, don’t forget to click through and search for your keywords. (Also check out our Where to Find Work page for new and old ideas in finding work.)
