Content marketing didn’t work out the way I
thought it would for my primary niche (which is why I switched to evergreen content.) My new niche though, I think will tell a different story.
I just launched my first two blogs and if you’re curious
, come on over and visit! I’m planning on using it to take a much more personal approach and share my experiences as a
consumer (since this is my first time dealing with consumer goods) who has particular business insight.
I’m not sure whether it’ll work, but the one thing I’m not gonna do is stress about what to write.
I’m starting simple with short posts, and if nobody responds? I know they’re not interested. (I’ve been sharing them on Twitter though and people are already clicking, so I doubt it’ll be a complete
waste.)
Starting, of course, is the most important part, so if you’re dragging your feet on content for your site? It’s time to get moving, even if that means short posts or only posting once a month. The most important part is that first step.
